General Policies

  1. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed.  Each personalized item is made just for you and will take some time to process.
  2. All personalized sales are FINAL.
  3. Any product with a manufacturing error (i.e. broken straw, cracked lid, etc.) will be replaced if reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
  4. Personalized items may not be returned UNLESS there was an error on PaperDoll Designs' part in the personalization.
  5. Due to inconsistencies in monitors, the color on your finished product may not be an exact match to what you saw on your screen.
  6. Custom fees will apply to all custom orders.
  7. Please read all care recommendations.  PaperDoll Designs is not responsible for items damaged due to improper care.
  8. Unless otherwise noted, SALE prices will ONLY be extended to customers that place their orders via the internet.
  9. Please keep in mind that proofing is a free service provided by PaperDoll Designs to ensure that names are spelled correctly and that the font chosen is fitting.  It is not a time to change designs, colors and names that were chosen during the order process.  ONE proof revision per item will be provided after the initial proof.  Further proofs will be provided at an additional fee of $1/proof.

Shipping Policies

PaperDoll Designs ships all packages with the USPS. 

PaperDoll Designs has no control over the USPS and cannot guarantee a delivery date.  Please allow plenty of time for shipping.
